Peter Dawson

Peter Dawson was first admitted as a Barrister in 1968, and as a Solicitor in 1970. In 1972 he opened his own firm, “Peter Dawson & Co” at Blacktown and by 1974 that firm also operated branch offices at Burwood and Katoomba. From 1977 Peter again practised as a Barrister, specialising in criminal and family law, and he served two terms as an Acting Crown Prosecutor before returning to practice as a Solicitor in 1998.

Teena Ingarfield

Teena is a Licensed Conveyancer and is in charge of the Mt Druitt office. Her helpful manner and extroverted personality endear her to our clients and she is an essential part of the team at Peter Dawson & Associates.
During her 14 years at the Mt Druitt office Teena has conducted an extensive range of property transactions including large strata and community developments and subdivisions. She is also accomplished in Wills and Estate matters, including Family Provision claims, and in Family Law disputes.
Teena enjoys an outstanding reputation with local Real Estate Agents, Financial Institutions and Mortgage Brokers. She is renowned and respected by her many clients and by her peers for her attention to detail and her professional skills.

Joanne has worked in the legal sector since 1998, assisting in many areas of law but predominantly in the property sector.
She became a Licensed Conveyancer in 2006 after completing her studies through Macquarie University. She is ready to help you with

Toni Dunshea

Toni is a long term resident of the Hills area. Her early career as a Lending Manager with a retail bank has provided her with great communication and management skills, and she brings to Peter Dawson & Associates many years of experience in front line customer service.
Toni is a specialist in Conveyancing and is able to assist her clients with:-
- Drafting and reviewing Contracts for Sale
- Auction Contracts and purchases off-the-plan
- Property Title including Torrens, old system, qualified and limited, strata, community, or leasehold
